Bollinger's NV Brut Special Cuvée Magnum is golden in color and bubbles that are like velvet, with beautiful aromatic complexity, ripe fruit, spicy aromas, hints of roasted apples, apple compote and peaches. This cuvee is a blend of 60% Pinot Noir, 25% Chardonnay and 15% Pinot Meunier, with over 85% Grands and Premiers Crus. On the palate, there is a subtle combination of structure, length and vivacity, with pear, brioche and walnut. This cuvee is cellar aged for more than twice the time required by the Appellation.
Food Pairing - Pair with all fish, especially sushi and sashimi, shellfish such as shrimp, prawns, crayfish and grilled lobster, poultry and white meat, cashews, parmesan or prosciutto.
