Fruit from stalk-stripped Pinot Noir and picked by hand, this vintage reveals the old-fashioned know-how of Veuve Fourny: manual grape-stomping and long maceration. Blended with hand-harvested Chardonnay, the Pinot reveals its delicate nose: red fruits and black fruits, whereas in the mouth it stays fresh.
To be served before the meal, accompanied by sweet-savoury dishes or at the end of a meal served on red berries. Cuvée (First pressed juices only) aged 7 months on lees.
